How the interface works
This integration enables the import of user data into TimeTac by reading and processing data provided in an Excel format (xlsx) template.
About the TimeTac User Import
The TimeTac User Import is an import file that allows you to upload user data into TimeTac quickly and easily via Excel.
The following fields can be specified using this import function:
- Last Name
- First Name
- Employee Number
- Username
- Password
- Department
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Language
After the import is complete, the logged-in user receives an email with the uploaded file as an attachment. A status is added for each user in this file, indicating whether they were successfully created or why this was not the case.
