User provisioning gives you the option to periodically synchronize user data from Entra ID with TimeTac.

How the interface works

User management enables regular synchronization of data between Entra ID and TimeTac. The data in TimeTac is compared with the data from Entra ID via an API, and depending on the differences, new users are created in TimeTac, existing data is updated, or users are deactivated—everything according to predefined rules.

About Entra ID

Microsoft Entra ID, better known under its former name Azure AD, is a cloud-based identity and access management service. When your employees sign in to Entra ID, they can then access various internal and external resources.

Entra ID can be used as a data source to synchronize data between different systems and to ensure that identities in your apps and systems are kept up to date when employee master data changes.
